Surprisingly, I never know kids in Hong Kong love cooking and are very eager to learn cooking as much as I do:) not only instruct them how to cook, slice, stay alert of every detail, but also help develop their palette by using and tasting 'real' ingredients, like Valrhona chocolate and President butter at the young age. One elder and relatively more 'pro' and mature kid asked me the reason of not adding Chicken powder into the white sauce as it tastes good, I was astonished at once....But with the way of slow cooking and caramelizing ingredients I showed them how to cook and use non-additive/-MSG/-GM food in the previous, I'm really happy that they put down and forget about the chicken powder already. It's important to teach our future hope and chef what to cook
